dc.description.abstract	У артыкуле разгледжаны дэкрэт падкаморскага суда Полацкага ваяводства 1647 г. Суд разглядаў стрэчку шляхцічаў Глазкаў з полацкімі мяшчанамі Юрэвічамі аб межах маёнтка Княжычы. Спрэчка ўзнікла ў пачатку XVII ст. з-за таго што Абрам Лукашэвіч Юрэвіч далучыў да свайго мяшчанскага маёнтка Княжычы частку зямель шляхецкага маёнтка Княжычы- Барышова паноў Глазкаў. Справа была вырашана на карысць шляхцічаў Глазкаў. Дадзены дэкрэт сведчыць аб захаванні мяшчанскага землекарыстання ў Полацкім ваяводстве ў першай палове XVII ст. Зямельныя спрэчкі паміж полацкімі мяшчанамі і шляхтай вырашаліся ў прававым полі. Матэрыялы згаданага дэкрэта ўказваюць на існаванне практыкі заключэння бракаў паміж полацкімі і дзісненскімі мяшчанамі і паміх шляхтай і мяшчанамі.	ru_RU

dc.description.alternative	The article examines the Padkamorsky Court decree of the Polatsk Voivodeship 1647. The court examined the dispute between gentrys the Glazkas and Polatsk meshchane the Yurevichs about the Knyazhychy estate boundaries. The dispute arose at the beginning of the 17th century due to the fact that Abram Lukashevich Yuryevich annexed to his meshchan estate Knyazhychy part of the gentry estate Knyazhychy-Baryshovа of pans the Glazskys. The case was resolved in favor of gentry the Glazkas. This decree testifies to the preservation of meshchan land use in the Polatsk Voivodeship in the first half of the 17th century. Land disputes between Polatsk meshchans and the gentry were resolved in the legal field. The aforementioned decree materials indicate the existence of marriages between Polatsk and Disna meshchans and mixed gentry and meshchans marriages.	ru_RU
