The article includes as well the survey of theoretical explorations on the problems of infringement of conditions of the international agreement on purchase and selling of goods, on the cases of this law?s use. In these terms the following conclusions are made: a larger use of Vienna UN Convention as a regulator of relationship in question, an greater attention of firms to the problems of holding responsible partners in case of infringement of the conditions of the international agreement on purchase and selling of goods
