| dc.description.abstract | В статье предложен подход повышения технологического уровня производства на основе систематизации основных задач и решений технического перевооружения действующих предприятий индустриального домостроения. Принцип реализации предлагаемого системного подхода представлен в виде блок-схемы, которая демонстрирует практическую значимость учета взаимосвязи строительных и производственных процессов для проведения технического перевооружения без остановки основного производства и сокращения продолжительности строительно-монтажных работ. Приведены решения для повышения производственной мощности предприятий в условиях действующих производств для линий циркуляции паллет и компенсации возрастающего спроса на бетонную смесь при росте производительности линий. Для технологических линий циркуляции паллет обоснована эффективность организации процессов, превышающих директивный ритм на постах, не связанных с основным потоком и с индивидуальным ритмом работы. Показана функциональность размещения в пролете локального растворобетонного узла блочно-модульной компоновки для повышения производительности и ритмичности работы формовочных постов. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The article proposes an approach to improve the technological level of production on the basis of systematization of the main tasks and solutions of technical re-equipment of precast construction plants. The principle of realization of the proposed system approach is presented in the form of a flowchart. The proposed algorithm demonstrates the practical importance of taking into account the interrelation of construction and production processes for technical re-equipment without stopping the main production and reducing the duration of construction and installation works. Solutions for increasing the production capacity of lines pallet circulation and compensating for the increasing demand for concrete mix while increasing the productivity of the lines are presented. For technological lines circulation of pallet the efficiency of the organization of processes exceeding the directive schedule at the posts not connected with the main flow and with the individual schedule of work is substantiated. The functionality of local mortar-concrete unit of block-modular layout in the span is shown to increase productivity and rhythmicity of work of molding stations. | ru_RU |
