| dc.description.abstract | Дано определение термина «конфликт» как социального взаимодействия в форме конкурентной борьбы на проезжей части в проблемной дорожно-транспортной ситуации между участниками дорожного движения. Установлены фазы возникновения и развития конфликта. Конфликтный участок на дороге начинается от точки возникновения проблемной ситуации до конфликтной точки, в которой происходит ДТП. На участке дороги между этими точками имеет место конкурентная борьба между участниками дорожного движения за одновременное нахождение на одном и том же участке проезжей части. На этом же участке между участниками конфликта последовательно происходит инцидент, а затем эскалация конфликта. На конфликтном участке имеет место межличностный конфликт между участниками дорожного движения как субъектами. Предложено понятие конфликта применительно к системе обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения закрепить в правовом поле. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The term “conflict” is defined as social interaction in the form of competitive struggle on the roadway in a problematic road traffic situation between road users. The phases of the emergence and development of the conflict are established. The conflict section on the road begins from the point of emergence of the problematic situation to the conflict point at which the accident occurs. On the road section between these points, there is a competitive struggle between road users for simultaneous presence on the same section of the roadway. On the same section, an incident occurs between the conflict participants, and then the conflict escalates. In the conflict area there is an interpersonal conflict between road users as subjects. It is proposed to enshrine the concept of conflict in the legal field in relation to the road safety system. | ru_RU |
