| dc.description.abstract | Анализируется взаимосвязь между эмоциональным интеллектом, личностными особенностями, мотивацией к профессиональному обучению у медицинских работников среднего звена, проходивших профес- сиональное обучение на курсах повышения квалификации и переподготовки кадров в учреждении образования «Полоцкий государственный медицинский колледж имени Героя Советского Союза З.М. Туснолобовой- Марченко». Изучены показатели эмоционального интеллекта, ситуационной мотивации и личностные осо- бенности 101 медицинского работника. Установлено, что существуют взаимосвязи между эмоциональным интеллектом, личностными особенностями, мотивацией к профессиональному обучению у медицинских работников среднего звена. | ru_RU |
