dc.description.abstractВ статье рассмотрена правозащитная деятельность видного деятеля эпохи Просвещения Георгия Конисского. Отмечается, что формирование правозащитных идей мыслителя началось еще в период обучения и преподавания в Киево-Могилянской академии. Непосредственное влияние на ход политического процесса и развитие правовой мысли в Великом Княжестве Литовском (далее – ВКЛ) его идеи оказали уже во второй половине XVIII века. Подчеркивается связь между политическими и правовыми идеями Г. Конисского и его правозащитной деятельностью. Делается вывод о том, что правозащитная деятельность реформатора во многом базировалась на принципе справедливости.ru_RU

local.description.annotationThe article considers the human rights activities of a prominent figure of the Age of Enlightenment George Konisky. It is noted that the formation of the thinker's human rights ideas began while he was studying and teaching at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. His ideas had a direct impact on the political process and the development of legal thought in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania (hereinafter – GDL) already in the second half of the 18th century. The connection between the political and legal ideas of G. Konisky and his human rights activities is emphasised. It is concluded that the human rights activity of G. Konisky was largely based on the principle of justice.ru_RU
