| dc.description.abstract | Исследуется понятие конституционных ценностей. С учётом анализа положений правовой доктрины, отечественного и зарубежного законодательства, позиций органов конституционного правосудия определяются основные подходы к пониманию правовой природы ценностей такого рода. Отмечается, что природа конституционных ценностей состоит в их отражении в конституции и конституционных законах. Изучаются признаки исследуемого феномена. Обосновывается вывод о возможности рассматривать конституционные ценности новым институтом конституционного права. Предлагается легальное закрепление исследуемого понятия. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The concept of constitutional values is explored. Taking into account the analysis of the provisions of the legal doctrine, domestic and foreign legislation, the positions of the bodies of constitutional justice, the main approaches to understanding the legal nature of values of this kind are determined. It is noted that the nature of constitutional values is their reflection in the constitution and constitutional laws. The signs of the studied phenomenon are studied. The conclusion about the possibility of considering constitutional values as a new institution of constitutional law is substantiated.
