| dc.description.abstract | Раскрываются аксиологические детерминанты музыкально-образовательного процесса, являющиеся методологической основой личностно-профессионального развития будущего педагога-музыканта. Концепция личностно-профессионального развития представлена рядом блоков, отражающих: 1) социальный заказ общества на компетентного специалиста в области музыкального искусства; 2) цель концептуализации – становление и развитие личностно-профессиональных качеств педагога-музыканта на основе базовых ценностей; 3) ценностные основания как музыкально-педагогической, так и учебно-музыкальной деятельности субъектов образовательного процесса; 4) теоретические позиции концепции, раскрывающие: сензитивный период становления профессионализма; основные взаимосвязи и зависимости личности с музыкально-образовательным процессом; аксиологические детерминанты как личностно-социальные конструкты сознания, фундаментальные позиции профессионала; 5) нормативная составляющая концепции представленная системным, аксиологическим, деятельностным и компетентностным подходами и принципами, их раскрывающими. | ru_RU |
