| dc.description.abstract | Проведенный в рамках исследования анализ обоснованных в доктрине подходов к определению экологической культуры, а также эколого-правовой культуры, позволил сделать вывод об отсутствии единства в понимании данных категорий, что свидетельствует об актуальности теоретических исследований по заявленной тематике и подчеркивает необходимость формирования правовых основ развития экологической культуры в Республике Беларусь. В этой связи в целях развития научных представлений об экологической культуре авторами установлен необходимый набор инструментов, сформирована позиция относительно содержания понятия «экологическая культура» и разработано доктринальное определение термина «эколого-правовая культура». Отсутствие в национальном природоохранном законодательстве комплексного подхода к развитию экологической культуры послужило причиной для внесения авторами предложений по совершенствованию правового регулирования в исследуемой сфере в рамках ведущейся работы по кодификации законодательства об охране окружающей среды и рациональном использовании природных ресурсов. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The analysis of approaches to defining environmental culture and environmental and legal culture justified in the doctrine, conducted within the framework of the study, allowed us to conclude that there is no unity in understanding these categories, which indicates the relevance of theoretical research on the stated topic and emphasizes the need to form a legal basis for the development of environmental culture in the Republic of Belarus. In this regard, for the purposes of developing scientific ideas about environmental culture, the authors have established a set of tools that contribute to its development; a position has been formed regarding the content of the concept of "environmental culture" and a doctrinal definition of the concept of "environmental and legal culture" has been developed. At the same time, the absence of a comprehensive approach to the development of environmental culture in the national environmental legislation served as the basis for the authors' justification of proposals to improve legal regulation in the area under study in light of the ongoing work on the codification of legislation on environmental protection and the rational use of natural resources. | ru_RU |
