dc.description.abstractВ статье проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ преобразований конституционно-правовых институтов в Республике Беларусь и Российской Федерации. Изменения в конституционном законодательстве обоих государств вызваны развитием общественных отношений, изменением политической ситуации, связанной с возникновением новых внутренних и внешних угроз, процессами интеграции и глобализации государств, внедрением информационных технологий в различные сферы общественных отношений. В статье рассматриваются основные изменения в ряде конституционно-правовых институтов, акцентируется внимание на сохранение преемственности и сложившейся конституционной модели в Республике Беларусь и Российской Федерации в процессе проведения реформ.ru_RU
