| dc.description.abstract | Обоснована целесообразность применения интегрированного подхода в физическом воспитании студентов специальной медицинской группы, страдающих нарушениями сердечно-сосудистой системы, с акцентом на артериальную гипертензию невыясненной этиологии. Актуальность исследования связана с необходимостью создания специализированных программ, нацеленных на расширение функциональных резервов и повышение адаптационного потенциала организма у студентов. Детализированы составные элементы интегрированной методики (занятия с аэробной нагрузкой, дыхательные упражнения, приемы психофизической коррекции) и индивидуализированные принципы нормирования физической нагрузки. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The study presents the justification for the expediency of application of the integrated approach to physical education for students of a special medical group (SMG) with cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), focusing on arterial hypertension of undefined origin. The relevance of the study is related to the need to develop specialized programs aimed at expanding functional backups and increasing the adaptive potential of the body of students.
