| dc.description.abstract | В статье анализируются формирование и развитие нормативно-правовой базы послевоенной системы социальной защиты материнства и детства в БССР с 1943 по 1991 годы. На основе документов автор приходит к выводу, что этот процесс проходил не одномоментно и характеризовался наличием определённых этапов, что свидетельствует о сложной эволюции правовых институтов и их адаптации к меняющимся социальнополитическим условиям различных исторических периодов. Вместе с тем в этот период были разработаны и внедрены основные нормативные документы, закреплявшие права и гарантии матерей и детей. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | This article analyzes the formation and development of the legal framework for the post-war system of social protection for mothers and children in the Byelorussian SSR from 1943 to 1991. Based on the documents, the author concludes that this process did not occur overnight but was characterized by distinct stages, demonstrating the complex evolution of legal institutions and their adaptation to the changing socio-political conditions of various historical periods. At the same time, during this period, key regulatory documents were developed and implemented that enshrined the rights and guarantees of mothers and children. | ru_RU |
