Abstract: The integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing infrastructure development, offering innovative solutions for design, construction, and operational challenges. This study explores the challenges associated with their integration (BIM and AI) to achieve inclusive work environments supporting information exchange in contemporary construction projects. This study aims to prove the importance of integrating BIM and AI to achieve more inclusive results in contemporary projects.
