| dc.description | The definition of the concept of "professional competencies of librarian students in the field of project activities of scientific libraries" is given, and its component structure is revealed. The methodology of formation of professional competencies of future library specialists in the field of project activity is substantiated. These competencies are presented in the interrelation and interdependence of motivational-value, cognitive and procedural-activity components. The meth-odology for the formation of future librarians' competencies in the field of project activities includes basic, analytical, managerial and innovative stages and has been experimentally tested in the educational process of higher education. The pedagogical conditions for its effective implementation are defined: the organization of the educational process based on the integrated use of problem-based, project-based and contextual learning technologies; the creation of a project-oriented educational environment recreating the professional context of a scientific library; the use of educational technologies and teaching methods in accordance with the objectives of each level. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | Дано определение понятия «профессиональные компетенции студентов-библиотекарей в области проектной деятельности научных библиотек», выявлена его компонентная структура. Обоснована методика формирования профессиональных компетенций будущих библиотечных специалистов в области проектной деятельности. Данные компетенции представлены во взаимосвязи и взаимозависимости мотивационно-ценностного, когнитивного и процессуально-деятельностного компонентов. Методика формирования компетенций будущих библиотекарей в области проектной деятельности включает базовый, аналитический, управленческий и инновационный этапы и экспериментально апробирована в образовательном процессе высшей школы. Определены педагогические условия ее эффективной реализации: организация образовательного процесса на основе комплексного применения технологий проблемного, проектного и контекстного обучения; создание проектно-ориентированной образовательной среды, воссоздающей профессиональный контекст научной библиотеки; применение образовательных технологий и методов обучения в соответствии с задачами каждого уровня. | ru_RU |
