| dc.description | The period from 1992 to 2013 became a stage of exploration and laying the foundations for regional economic cooperation between Belarus and China. In this article, “regional economic cooperation” refers to economic and trade interaction between the regions of Belarus and the provinces of China. The restructuring of the international political and economic order caused by the end of the Cold War, the systemic economic transformations in the Republic of Belarus after gaining independence, and the shift in China’s foreign economic strategy from a model of “attracting foreign investment” to actively entering international markets – all of these jointly created the structural conditions and political basis for the beginning of the development of economic ties between the two countries. At this stage, these ties were determined by stra-tegic planning at the national level, supplemented by initiatives of local authorities, which laid the political, economic and institutional groundwork for deepening regional cooperation in the future | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | Период с 1992 по 2013 год стал этапом поисков и закладки основ регионального экономического сотрудничества между Беларусью и Китаем. В данной статье под «региональным экономическим сотрудничеством» понимается экономическое и торговое взаимодействие между областями Беларуси и провинциями Китая. Пере-стройка международной политической и экономической структуры, вызванная окончанием холодной войны, системные экономические преобразования в Республике Беларусь после обретения независимости, изменение китай-ской внешнеэкономической стратегии от модели «привлечения инвестиций» к активному выходу на международные рынки – всё это совместно создало структурные условия и политическую основу для начала развития экономических связей между двумя странами. На данном этапе они определялись стратегическим планированием на государственном уровне, дополняемом инициативами местных органов власти, заложившим политическую, эко-номическую и институциональную основу для углубления регионального сотрудничества в будущем. | ru_RU |
