| Abstract: | Освещены дискуссионные вопросы в отношении специфической области финансовой науки – финансового менеджмента. Приведено авторское мнение в отношении сущностных характеристик категории «финансы». Представлен концептуальный базис науки о финансах в виде характеристики следующих концепций финансов: распределительной, воспроизводственной и императивной.= The discussion questions in point of financial management as a specific area of financial science are covered. The author’s opinion on the essential characteristics of the “Finance” category is represented. A conceptual basis of the financial science in the form of the characteristics of such finance concepts as distributive, reproductive and imperative ones is disclosed. |
