Функции и эффективность инновационной деятельности научно-технических предприятий

Abstract

Исследуются функции и эффективность инновационной деятельности научно-технических предприятий. Показано, что научно-технические предприятия, будучи основной составной частью государственной научно-технической инновационной системы, выполняют историческую миссию. Отмечено, что на данный момент необходимо найти показатели оценки научно-технического предприятия исходя из их общих отличительных черт; необходимо осуществить достоверный анализ функций и эффективности научно-технических предприятий. Определена роль и место предприятий в государственной инновационной системе.= Functions and efficiency of innovative activity of the scientific and technical enterprises are investi-gated. It is shown that the scientific and technical enterprises as the main component of the state scientific and technical innovative system carry out the historical mission. It is noted that at the present moment it is necessary to find indicators of assessment of the scientific and technical enterprise with taking into account its common distinctive features. It is necessary to provide the authentic analysis of functions and efficiency of the scientific and technical enterprises as well as to define a role and a place of the enterprises in the state innovative system.
