Abstract

Исследованы проблемы управления стоимостью строительства, связанные с управлением сроками строительства. Показана необходимость объединения процессов управления стоимостью строительства и управления сроками выполнения работ на всех этапах инвестиционного цикла строительства объектов. Рассмотрены такие понятия, как стоимость строительства, формирование стоимости строительных работ, изменение сроков строительства, нформационная взаимосвязь между сроками выполнения строительно-монтажных работ и стоимостью работ.= Examines the problems of the construction cost management associated with managing the construction period.
