Учреждения дополнительного образования детей в архитектурно-градостроительной среде города (на примере города Минска)

Abstract

Исследуется система учреждений дополнительного образования детей в аспекте архитектурной организации образовательной среды города. На основании нормативных документов Республики Беларусь определены цели и содержание дополнительного образования детей, перечень направлений организации свободного времени детей, типы и виды учреждений, осуществляющих деятельность по данным направлениям. Охарактеризованы учреждения дополнительного образования детей в соответствии с требованиями к их размещению в структуре города. Рассмотрено архитектурно-градостроительное расположение учреждений дополнительного образования в городе Минске, выявлены недостатки и определен потенциал развития системы дополнительного образования. По результатам исследования предложена схема создания системы учреждений дополнительного образования детей в городе Минске.= The paper considers a system of establishments of supplementary education of children in the aspect of architectural organization of the educational environment of the city. It defines goals and programs of supplementary education of children, based on the normative documents of the Republic of Belarus. Gives a list of potential ways of organizing children’s spare time and discusses types and kinds of establishments performing these activities. Establishments of supplementary education are characterized according to the requirements to their placement in the city structure. The paper characterizes the system of supplementary education in Minsk, discusses archi-tectural and urban-planning locations of the establishments of supplementary education in Minsk, highlights current problems and describes potential development of the system of supplementary education. Based on the research, the author suggests a scheme of construction of the system of supplementary education of children in Minsk.
