Управление международными грузовыми перевозками в цепях поставок автотранспортной организации

Abstract

Исследуется вопрос необходимости управления международными грузовыми перевозками в автотранспортной организации с учётом логистических цепей в зависимости от степени участия других субъектов хозяйствования в них.Разработан механизм управления международными грузовыми автоперевозками в цепях поставок, указывающий на ключевые звенья этих цепей. Выявлены проблемы, препятствующие эффективному управлению международными грузовыми автоперевозками в цепях поставок, причины их возникновения, предложены достаточно обоснованные пути их решения, базирующиеся на принципах и методах логистики.= The article is devoted necessity of management by the international freight traffic in automobile transport organization taking into account logistic chains depending on degree of participation of other subjects of managing in them. The structural divisions of automobile transport organization of a logistic orientation are revealed, their railroad train is specified, the organizational structure of management is specified by them and functions carried out by them are in detail enough characterized. The controlling mechanism by the international cargo road transportation in the supply chains, specifying in key links of these chains is developed. The problems interfering efficient control by the international cargo motor transportations in the supply chains, the reasons of their origin are revealed, the well enough reasonable ways of their decision based on principles and methods of logistics are offered.
