Административно-надзорное производство по реализации энергетического надзора: понятие и виды

Abstract

Исследуется административно-надзорное производство по реализации энергетического надзора.= The understanding of this administrative category in the science of administrative law was not formed, that is why the author turns to the study of administrative-supervisory production in all. Based on administrative analysis of different performances about administrative-supervisory production and definition of subject characteristic, the author produces the definition “administrative-supervisory production for implementation of energy supervision”. Directions of state energy supervision are studied to understand the content of this administrative category. Researching its types, the author takes attention to the presence in the special literature different approaches to differentiation of administrative-supervisory production. To value appropriates these approaches of the law enforcement practice, the author produces formally-logic analysis of Belarusian legislation and with its help he produces types of administrative-supervisory production for implementation of energy supervision.
