Влияние типизации самогонных аппаратов на эффективность противодействия самогоноварению: административно-процессуальный и криминалистический аспекты

Abstract

На основе анализа статьи антиалкогольной направленности 12.43 КоАП Республики Беларусь и практики ее применения рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с криминалистическим обеспечением практической реализации ее положений.= Based on the analysis of one of the articles alcohol the direction of the administrative legislation and practice of its application, considers issues related to criminal investigation ensure the practical implementation of its provisions. Reflects the need of modern techniques of expert research of objects and their elements, typing machines for their manufacture and their parts. The authors propose a typification of the stills for the production of alcoholic beverages self-made and special methods of criminalistic support of the process of identifying and documenting reporting act, and draws conclusions about the need to improve methods of production expertise in this area and the conceptual apparatus to enable a uniform understanding and application in practice. Given promising and widely used methods of identifying the facts of moonshine, which together with the typing of the stills will allow enforcement officers more effectively deal with illicit distilling.
