Abstract

Исследуются вопросы конституционного права на образование и совершенствование законодательства в сфере реализации данного права.= The article is dedicated to the implementation of the constitutional right to education, and improvement of legislation in the sphere of the implementation of this right. The author touches upon problematic nature of the term “implementation”, which is due, among other things, to the unsettled legal science understanding of the term. The paper identifies gaps in the legislation of the right to education, including lack of parental responsibility for non-fulfillment of their duties in the education of children and getting compulsory basic education. Suggestions on improving current legislation are made.
