К вопросу о раскрытии правовой природы адвокатского бюро

Abstract

Анализируется содержание понятия «правовая природа адвокатского бюро». На основе теорий сущности юридического лица и подходов отечественных и зарубежных ученых к описанию признаков конструкции «юридическое лицо» дано определение понятия «правовая природа адвокатского бюро».= On the basis of studying scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists devoted to the essential features of corporate entity as well as the existing theories of corporate entity the author provides the definition of advocate’s bureau legal nature. The conclusion that legal definition of “advocate’s bureau” should include its essential features of legal nature is drawn. The methodical approach to the study of the advocate’s bureau legal nature which is based on the system of criteria indicators of concretizing the basic features of corporate entity is as a result developed.
