Abstract: Рассматривается вопрос установления и оспаривания отцовства (материнства) несовершеннолетними родителями в отношении своих рожденных детей. Для более детального изучения данного института анализируется семейное законодательство стран СНГ, в ходе которого выявляется несовершенство отдельных правовых актов. Основной целью исследования семейного законодательства стран СНГ при определении правового положения несовершеннолетних родителей в отношении своих детей является установление запрета на искусственное прерывание беременности несовершеннолетних матерей. Именно такое радикальное решение будет способствовать обеспечению защиты жизни эмбриона, а также психологического и физиологического здоровья беременной.= The author of the article analyzed the family legislation of the CIS countries for more detailed study of the issue and the establishment of paternity (maternity) minor parents in relation to their unborn children. The main objective pursued by the author, as a result of the analytical work of the family legislation of the CIS countries in determining the legal status of minor parents against their children, it has been associated with the idea of a ban on abortion teenage mothers. It is such a radical decision will contribute to the protection of the life of a human embryo, as well as psychological and physiological health of the pregnant immediately.
