Abstract

Анализируются трактовки понятия «задача экспертизы». Рассмотрены мнения ученых о задачах, решаемых финансово-экономической экспертизой. Исследована ситуация в области правового урегулирования данного вопроса. Показано, что существующие формулировки задач финансово-экономической экспертизы требуют корректировки, в связи с чем внесены соответствующие предложения.= It was determined that the circumstances imposed by the financial and economic expertise, its limited objectives.
