Спробы стварэння рэгіянальнага аб’яднання балтыйскіх дзяржаў у 1918–1921 гадах

Abstract

Аналізуюцца тэарэтычныя канцэпцыі і практычныя спробы стварэння рэгіянальнага аб’яднання балтыйскіх краін у 1918–1921 гадах. На падставе апублікаваных у Літве архіўных крыніц адпаведнага перыяду аднаўляецца храналогія супрацоўніцтва гэтых краін у вырашэнні агульных праблем падчас вайны за вызваленне і змагання за міжнароднае прызнанне. Таксама вызначаюцца супярэчнасці ў іх адносінах і прычыны, што не дазволілі ім у разглядаемы перыяд ажыццявіць планы па стварэнні рэгіянальнага аб’яднання на Балтыцы. The article contains the analysis of theoretical concepts and practical efforts to create the regional alliance of the Baltic nations in 1918–1921. On the basis of archive documents of the appropriate period published in Lithuania the chronology of these nations’ co-operation in solving the common problems during the Liberation war and struggle for the international recognition is reconstructed. The article also reveals the controversies of their mutual relations and the reasons of their failing to implement the plans of the regional alliance formation at that time.
