Эвалюцыя выдання газеты “Віленскі веснік” на працягу ХІХ стагоддзя

Abstract

На матэрыяле архіўных крыніц даследуюцца структурныя змены, якія адбываліся з газетай “Віленскі веснік” на працягу ХІХ стагоддзя, і асноўныя фактары, якія на гэтыя змены паўплывалі. Асветлены асноўныя этапы развіцця выдання і праведзены паралелі, якія злучаюць гэтыя змены з асноўнымі падзеямі, што адбываліся ў Паўночна-Заходнім краі ў дадзены перыяд. На прыкладзе газеты “Віленскі веснік” як галоўнага афіцыйнага выдання дадзенага рэгіёна паказаны асноўныя тэндэнцыі ў палітычным, сацыяльным і культурным жыцці краю. Зроблена выснова аб тым, што выданне, якое асвятляе ўсе сферы жыцця грамадства, можа служыць не толькі крыніцай па гісторыі Беларусі і ўсяго Паўночна-Заходняга краю, але і ў сілу сваёй афіцыёзнасці паказвае асноўныя кірункі развіцця грамадства заходніх губерняў у ХІХ стагоддзі. = The article with archival sources investigates the structural changes taking place with the newspaper “Vilensky vestnik” during the XIX century and the main factors affecting these changes. The key stages in the development and publication draws parallels linking these changes with the major events that took place in the North-West region in that period have been highlighted. On the example of the newspaper “Vilensky vestnik” as the main official publication of the region the main tendencies in the political, social and cultural life of that region are shown. It’s concluded that the publication which covered all aspects of society, can be not only a source for the history of Belarus and the entire North-West region, but also due to its officious it shows the main directions of the society development in the western provinces in the XIX century.
