Методика анализа минеральных ресурсов как механизм управления рациональным недропользованием

Abstract

Предлагаемая методика анализа минеральных ресурсов включает такие взаимосвязанные блоки аналитических процедур, как оценка эффективности инвестированного капитала в минеральные ресурсы, оценка имущественного состояния и кредитоспособности, оценка инвестиционной привлекательности и оценка ресурсного потенциала нефтегазо- и горнодобывающей организации, которые дают возможность рассчитать показатели, характеризуемые как достигнутыми результатами, так и потенциальными перспективами, для принятия эффективных управленческих решений в условиях интенсификации освоения минерально-сырьевой базы Беларуси. = We investigate the current state of the analysis of mineral resources. A method of analysis, the essence of which is the use of two types of assessment used mineral resources (the current market value and the actual acquisition cost of the resource) and divide them into proper and improper for different directions of analysis. The proposed method of analysis of mineral resources includes such related blocks of analytical procedures as an evaluation of the effectiveness of the invested capital in mineral resources, assessment of property status and creditworthiness, assessment and evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the resource potential of oil and gas and mining company, that allow to calculate the indicators characterized as the results achieved, and potential prospects for effective administrative decisions in the conditions of an intensification of development of mineral resources base of the Republic of Belarus.
