Abstract

Исследуются современное состояние и тенденции развития цифровой фотокриминалистики в соотношении с современным развитием криминалистической техники и судебной фотографии в Китае.= The article is devoted to the current status and development trends of “digital photoforensicscience” (as it’s called in PCR) in relation to modern development of the industry of forensic technology and forensic photography in China. Describes the characteristics and techniques of photography on the crime scene. We study the problem of application of photographic techniques in the work of the Chinese criminal investigation. The conclusion is that there is an underestimation of the possibilities in the use of pictures to solve the practical forensic tasks. At present, it is necessary to expand both legal and technological support this process. It is necessary to improve not only the techniques of forensic photography, but also the system of training of specialists carrying out its practical use, to change the situation in a positive way.
