Комсомол Беларуси в процессе социализации молодежи (1920-е гг.)

Abstract

Рассматриваются место и роль комсомольской организации в процессе социализации молодежи в Беларуси в 1920-е годы. С первых лет существования Коммунистический союз молодежи (КСМ) становился важным орудием партийного воздействия на молодежь, воспитания ее в духе революционных идеалов. Особый статус КСМ в политической системе общества обеспечивал при этом большие возможности, средства и методы воздействия на молодежь. Выполняя целый ряд функций, он становился важнейшим институтом социализации. При этом многообразные источники, отражающие происходящие события, отношение молодых людей к КСМ, позволяют представить этот процесс «изнутри», глазами самого молодого человека тех лет. В результате процесс социализации и роль рассматриваемой организации при этом выглядят не столь однозначными.=The place and role of the Komsomol organization in the process of socialization of young people in Belarus in 1920 are considered. From the first years of existence, the CYL became an important instrument of influence of the party to young people, education in the spirit of the revolutionary ideals. At the same time the special status of the CYL in the political system provide a great opportunity, means and methods of influence on the youth. Performing a variety of functions, the CYL became the most important institution of socialization. This diverse sources reflect current events, the attitude of young people to the CYL and allow to present this process "from within", through the eyes of a young man in those years. as a result of the process of the socialization and the role of the CYL in this look is not so unambiguous.
