Abstract:	The author has analyzed the impact of the existing management approach refinancing rate in the Republic of Belarus. Identified the following problem: the lack of models of the formation of the refinancing rate leads to a negative impact on major macroeconomic indicators. The author's multifactor model of prediction and control of the refinancing rate in the Republic of Belarus is a way to solve of this problem
