К вопросу о необходимости формирования качеств лидера в процессе обучения студентов в ВУЗе

Abstract

В данной монографии отражен теоретический аспект рассмотрения проблемы лидера, лидерства и лидерских качеств, перечислены наиболее важные качества, с точки зрения автора, необходимые для эффективного лидера. Раскрыто значение метода моделирования для развития качеств лидера у студентов, а также приведена модель по формированию и развитию качеств лидера. В заключении, дан краткий обзор основных педагогических мероприятий, направленных на развитие качеств лидера.= This monograph reflects the theoretical aspect of the consideration of the problem of leader, lea-dership and leadership qualities, it also gives the number of the most important qualities, from the author’s point of view, necessary for the effective leader. Supplementary, it highlights the significance of the method of modeling for the development of leadership qualities in students, and provides a model for the leader formation and development. In conclusion, a brief overview of the main teaching activities, aimed at the development of leadership qualities, are given here.
