Abstract

Рассматривается вопрос классификации основных видов информации. Анализируется законодательство Республики Беларусь, регулирующее общественные отношения в сфере информации. Приведена характеристика видов информации. Делается вывод о том, что для отечественного законодательства актуальной проблемой остается совершенствование основополагающих понятий информационного права в соответствии со свойствами информации как объекта правового регулирования.= In the article the question of the classification of the main types of information. We analyze the legislation of the Republic of Belarus regulating social relations in the sphere of information. The characteristic of the types of information. The conclusion is that the national legislation urgent problem remains the improvement of the basic concepts of information law in accordance with the properties of information as an object of legal regulation.
