Abstract

Даследуюцца асаблівасці дзяржаўнага ладу Рэчы Паспалітай з акцэнтаваннем увагі на праблеме шляхецкай дэмакратыі. Разгледжана гістарычнае развіццё дзяржаўнага ладу Рэчы Паспалітай, трансфармацыя ідэі залатых шляхецкіх вольнасцей. Вызначаюцца прычыны палітычнага крызісу дзяржавы ў XVIII стагоддзі, якія тоюцца ў прынцыпах пабудовы дзяржаўнай улады Рэчы Паспалітай, а таксама прававым парадку ўзаемаадносін шляхты і дзяржавы. Адзначаюцца пазітыўныя бакі шляхецкай дэмакратыі ў Рэчы Паспалітай.= The state system of the Commonwealth, with a focus on the issue of gentry democracy analyzing. Considered the historical development of the political system of the Commonwealth, the transformation of the idea of gold gentry liberties.
