Существует ли теорема «О едином (коллективном) центральном банке»?

Abstract

Рассматривается механизм функционирования Центрального банка платежного союза. Анализируются перспективы создания Евразийского экономического союза в параметрах теории оптимальной валютной зоны. Показано, что в современных условиях страны-члены должны адекватно оценивать ситуацию в мире и должны быть готовы к координации необходимых корректирующих действий. Сделан вывод о том, что возможность получения или неполучения положительных конечных результатов от создания кредитно-валютных объединений в большой степени зависит от достижения оптимального сочетания целей, методов и средств их достижения.= The mechanism of functioning of the Central Bank of the payment Union is examined. The prospects of creating the Eurasian economic Union in the parameters of the theory of optimum currency area are considered. It is shown that in the modern conditions, Member States should adequately assess the situation in the world and should be prepared to coordinate the necessary corrective actions. It is concluded that the possibility of receiving or not receiving the positive outcomes from the creation of credit and currency unions largely depends on achieving the optimum combination of objectives, methods and means of achieving them.
