Финансовые аспекты инвестиционной политики в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Представлены отдельные финансовые аспекты инвестиционной политики в Республике Беларусь, включая эффективность инвестиций в основной капитал, основные источники и направления их использования, применяемые финансовые инструменты и подходы по их трансформации. Основной акцент сделан на оценке проявившихся в условиях ухудшения внешнеторговой конъюнктуры последствий проводимой в предыдущие годы инвестиционной политики в ее более тесной увязке с макроэкономической и структурной, выявлении последних тенденций в динамике и эффективности инвестиций, структуре их формирования и использования, а также используемых механизмах и инструментах финансирования и кредитования инвестиций в рамках реализуемых в стране государственным программ.= In the article some financial aspects of investment policy are considered, including the efficiency of fixed asset investment, the main sources and the ways of their use, financial instruments applied in the Republic of Belarus and approaches to their transformation. Тhe author makes an emphasis on the assessment of the consequences, showed up under conditions of deterioration in foreign trade situation, the investment policy, pursued in previous years and its close link with macroeconomic and structural policies; the detection of the latest tendencies in dynamics and efficiency of investment, the structure of investment formation and use, as well as the mechanisms and investment financing and lending instruments used within the government programs, implemented in the country.
