Психолого-педагогические особенности формирования культуры здоровья детей дошкольного возраста

Abstract

контексте современной, социокультурной ситуации в связи с обострением социально- экономических проблем жизни общества и ухудшением состояния детского здоровья возрастает роль образования в формировании культуры здоровья и здорового образа жизни обучающихся разных возрастных групп, начиная с дошкольной ступени образования. В статье представлен содержательный и разносторонний анализ изучаемой проблемы. Определена сущность феномена «культура здоровья детей дошкольного возраста» как совокупность ценностного отношения ребенка к здоровью, а также личностно и социально значимых способов деятельности, направленных на обретение физического, психического и социального благополучия. Отмечены психолого-педагогические особенности формирования культуры здоровья детей дошкольного возраста, описаны факторы и критерии, позволяющие формировать ценностное отношение дошкольника к здоровью. Приведена характеристика понятия «элементарная, начальная здоровьесберегающая компетентность» как показатель готовности ребенка самостоятельно решать задачи здорового образа жизни и безопасного поведения.=In the context of a modern, social and cultural situation in connection with the worsening socio-economic problems of society and the deterioration of children's health, the role of education in shaping the culture of health and healthy lifestyles of students of different age groups from pre-school level of education. The article is of a theoretical nature, which presents informative and comprehensive analysis of the problem being studied. The essence of the phenomenon of the "culture of health of preschool children" as a set of value-child relationship to health, as well as personally and socially meaningful ways of activities aimed at the acquisition of physical, mental and social well-being. The author identified psychological and pedagogical features of formation of culture of health of preschool children, describe the factors and criteria to form a value attitude to health preschooler. The characteristic of the concept of "elementary, primary health-competence" as an indicator of the child's readiness to independently solve the problem of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior.
