Индивидуальная профилактика грабежей и разбоев

Abstract

Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы предотвращения грабежей и разбоев. Важную роль в этой деятельности принадлежит индивидуальной профилактики совершения преступлений. Анализируются различные меры индивидуальной профилактики грабежей и разбоев. Эффективность любой индивидуальной профилактики зависит в первую очередь от комплекса используемых криминальных и технических средств. Среди них существует особая, наиболее практически значимая, оперативно- розыскная профилактика, имеющая в своем «арсенале» специальные меры. Индивидуальная профилактика рассчитана, прежде всего, на конкретную работу с каждым отдельным человеком, и в этом ее сходство с оперативно-розыскной деятельностью.=The article is devoted to the topical issues of the prevention of robberies. An important role in this activity belongs to individual preventive maintenance. The author considers various measures of individual preventive maintenance of robberies. The efficiency of any individual preventive maintenance depends first of all on a complex of used criminal and technical means. Among them there is a special – almost the most significant - operatively-search prevention, which has in its "arsenal" special measures. Individual prevention is designed primarily for specific work with each individual, and this is its similarity to the operational and investigative activities. The article states that the individual prevention of robberies is the totality of measures of persuasion (education) and coercion (punishment), where a special place is given to the operational-search activities, as well as to ensure the inevitability of criminal law
