Направление совершенствования курса "Технология и организация восстановления деталей"

Abstract

Определены содержание, структура и методические особенности курса восстановления деталей, цель которого — обеспечить будущего специалиста знаниями, достаточными для разработки процесса восстановления любой детали высокого технического уровня. Совершенствование материала курса предполагает определение места восстановления деталей в процессах ремонта машин, описание исходных и ремонтных заготовок, их механической и термической обработки в соответствии со схемой процесса восстановления деталей. Представлены выбор процессов восстановления отдельных деталей и технологическая унификация этих процессов. Предложено изложение восстановления свойств деталей. Рассмотрены принципы организации восстановительного производства.=The content, structure and methodological features of the course of restoring the parts are determined, the purpose of which is to provide the future specialist with the knowledge sufficient for the development of the recovery process of any detail of a high technical level. Improving the course material involves determining the location of the restoration of parts in the repair of machines, a description of the initial and repair workpieces, their mechanical and thermal processing in accordance with the scheme of the process of restoring the parts. The choice of processes for the restoration of individual parts and the technological unification of these processes are presented. The presentation of the restoration of the properties of parts is proposed. The principles of organization of recovery production are considered.
