local.description.annotationNovelty of results in research – the definition delegated legislation have been produced; the definition and signs of the acts, which are passed on the basis of delegate of legislative power, its legal force and position in the legislation system of the Republic of Belarus have been determinated; the basis of the differ of the acts, which are passed on the basis of delegate of legislative power, from the acts, which are passed on the basis of delegate of other power, have been produced. The author proves legal fastening of parliament control for passing delegated acts in the Republic of Belarus, proposes to perfect of the delegation method of leg-islative power. The author puts forward model power differentiation between par-liament and president in the legal regulations sphere.-
