Объективные предпосылки и методика обоснования целесообразности аутсорсинга в организациях железнодорожного транспорта

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема, обозначенная современными условиями развития национальной экономики, связанная с повышением эффективности хозяйствования и управления за счет использования современных интегрированных систем и технологий. Анализируются возможности аутсорсинга как одного из наиболее действенных механизмов поиска резервов снижения затрат и привлечения дополнительных инвестиций в организациях железнодорожного транспорта. Обоснована экономическая целесообразность и этапность принятия решения о передаче отдельных технологических процессов и функций на аутсорсинг. Показаны подходы к оценке эффективности применения аутсорсинга в организациях железнодорожного транспорта.= Modern conditions for the development of the national economy have highlighted the problem associated with improving the efficiency of management and management of the traditional sector of the economy through the use of modern integrated systems and technologies, restructuring and outsourcing of non-core activities. The most urgent problem is, first of all, for organizations of corporate type, including the railway. The article considers the possibilities of outsourcing as one of the most effective mechanisms for finding reserves for reducing costs and attracting additional investments (their reorientation from non-core to the main type of activity) in railway transport organizations. The economic feasibility and stage-by-stage decision-making on the transfer of certain technological processes and functions to outsourcing is substantiated. The approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of outsourcing application in the organizations of railway transport are explored.
