Промышленный комплекс Севера после введенных против России санкций

Abstract

Рассматриваются современные тенденции в промышленных комплексах российской Арктики и Севера, в том числе с позиций влияния на производственные показатели западных санкций, принятых после «украинского» кризиса. Для решения поставленных задач исследование проводится по основным видам производства: «Добыча полезных ископаемых», «Обрабатывающее производство и распределение электроэнергии, газа и воды» – с выделением сопоставимых периодов, применяя методы «табличное структурирование» и «индексный анализ», в том числе с элиминированием ценовых изменений, обусловленных мировой конъюнктурой и динамикой валют.= In article current trends in industrial complexes of the Russian Arctic and the North, including from influence positions on production indicators of the western sanctions accepted after the “Ukrainian” crisis are considered. For the solution of objectives the research is conducted on main types of production: “Mining”, “The processing production and distribution of the electric power, gas and water” with allocation of the comparable periods. It is possible to refer tabular structuring and the index analysis to the applied methods, including with an elimination of the price changes caused by a world environment and dynamics of currencies.
