Психолого-педагогические условия формирования лидерских качеств

Abstract

Рассматриваются лидерские качества на основе динамической подструктуры личности. Приводятся основные и наиболее важные компоненты психики, которые играют ключевую роль в становлении личности в качестве лидера. Приведены некоторые способы формирования лидерских качеств на основе описанных психических процессов, даются основные определения, связанные с процессом формирования лидерских качеств у студентов, а также перечисляются основные психолого-педагогические условия формирования данных качеств.= The article considers the questions of leadership qualities based on the dynamic substructure of a personality. It also gives the main and most important components of the mentality which play a key role in the formation of a leader’s personality. The work describes some ways of forming the qualities of a true leader on the basis of the mentioned mental processes, basic definitions related to the process of forming the leadership qualities among students are stated as well, and on the basis of the analysis of psychological substructures the main pedagogical conditions for the formation of these qualities are listed.
