Проблемы развития внутреннего туризма в регионе и некоторые пути их решения

Abstract

В структуре видов туристской деятельности особое значение для региональной экономики имеет развитие внутреннего туризма, поскольку он рассматривается не только в качестве доходной отрасли, но и как фактор повышения социального капитала территории, обеспечивая восстановление психофизиологических ресурсов общества. В Российской Федерации наиболее развит выездной туризм, ориентированный на выезд граждан страны за рубеж. Вместе с тем влияние внешних факторов, среди которых экономическая нестабильность, неспокойная геополитическая обстановка в ряде стран, актуализировали развитиt внутреннего туризма. Целью статьи является обоснование направлений совершенствования сферы внутреннего туризма региона, позволяющего эффективно решить основные проблемы развития данного сегмента туристского рынка. Рассмотрены основные проблемы развития внутреннего туризма на примере Северо-Западного федерального округа, предложены возможные варианты их решения.=Tourism is a sector which has a significant impact on territories’ socio-economic development. This kind of economic activity is characterized by the multiplier effect due to the generating income determination in related industries. Among all types, domestic tourism becomes of key importance as the main source of financial receipts from other lines of tourist activity. At that, in the Russian Federation this branch is underdeveloped. The relevance of the study is connected with the impact of the following factors on the tourist market: economic crisis; uncontrolled fall of the exchange rate; economic crisis in the country; ban imposed in 2015 on the sales of tours for Russians to the most popular destinations for a long period, and a turbulent geopolitical situation in the world. The research is based on theoretical and methodological works of Russian and foreign scientists and specialists in tourism industry and regional economy such as B. Archer, J. Fletcher, T. N. Grigorenko, L.N. Kazmina, V.I. Kruzhalin, K.V. Kruzhalin, N.V. Shabalina, T.V. Uskova and other researchers. The article presents the analysis of domestic tourism in the regions of Northwestern Federal District based on statistical data. In conclusion, the paper proposes directions, which promote this industry in a future.
