Методический инструментарий для построения социального капитала мезоуровня в организациях Евразийского экономического союза: институциональный подход

Abstract

На примере исследований в организациях Республики Беларусь рассмотрен институциональный подход построения социального капитала мезоуровня в организациях Евразийского экономического союза. На основе результатов начала системного анализа категории «социальный капитал» выделены институты социального капитала, создан при помощи их правил инструмент измерения в виде опросного листа. Представлен общий показатель качества социального капитала исследованных организаций. На основе построения модели множественной линейной регрессии предложен метод определения качества институтов социального капитала и их классификации по методам корректировки. Сделан вывод о том, что институты социального капитала можно корректировать при помощи специальных методов для организаций. Показано применение таких методов на практике.= In the article, using the example of research in the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, presents an institutional approach to the construction of meso-level social capital in organizations of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author, basing on the results of the beginning of the system analysis of the category “social capital”, singled out the social capital institutions, and created, using their rules, the measurement tool in form of a questionnaire. The article presents a general indicator of the quality of the social capital of the organizations. Based on the construction of the multiple linear regression model, the author proposed a method for determining the quality of social capital institutions and their classification by methods of adjustment. According to the author, the special methods for organizations can be adjust these social capital institutions. The author presented such methods and showed their application in practice. Thus, adjusting the quality of social capital institutions is one of the tools of the institutional method for constructing of social capital in organizations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
