Использование 3PL-провайдеров для оптимизации системы распределения промышленных организаций

Abstract

Рассматриваются различные подходы отечественных и зарубежных авторов, различных организаций и Интернет-ресурсов к сущности понятия «логистика третей стороны», проведен сравнительный анализ развития логистики третьей стороны в Республике Беларусь и странах Европейского союза, а также выявлены причины достаточно низких показателей использования логистического аутсорсинга по сравнению с соседними странами. Приведен способ оценки эффективности использования 3PL-операторов при распределении готовой продукции на основе данных организации легкой промышленности Витебской области с расчетом затрат на содержание собственной системы распределения и определением статей затрат на распределение после привлечения услуг 3PL-оператора. Описывается состав функций бизнес-процесса «распределение» после внедрения в деятельность организации 3PL-операторов с выявлением процедур, исполнителей и основных документов в процессе выполнения каждой из функций.= The article examines different approaches of domestic and foreign authors, various organizations and online resources to the essence of the concept “third party logistics”, provides the analysis of the third party logistics development in the Republic of Belarus compared to the countries of the European Union, as well as identifies the reasons for rather low utilization of logistics outsourcing in comparison to neighbouring countries. The article describes the method of estimating the efficiency of using 3PL-operators in the distribution of finished products based on the data of а light industry organization of the Vitebsk region with calculation of the costs for maintaining organization’s own distribution system and determining the distribution costs after employing the services of a 3PL-operator, describes the composition of the functions of the business process “distribution” after the implementation of 3PL-operators in the organization’s activities with identifying procedures, executors and basic documents in the process of implementing each of the functions.
