Вопросы исполнения актов Евразийского экономического союза в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Изучены вопросы исполнения в Республике Беларусь права Евразийского экономического союза. Рассмотрены основные проблемные вопросы, связанные с определением места актов Союза в национальной правовой системе Республики Беларусь и их соотношением с требованиями статьи 116 Конституции Республики Беларусь. Проведены параллели с опытом других интеграционных образований. Сформулированы предложения для совершенствования имеющихся механизмов.= The article presents the results of the study of the issues of implementation of the law of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus. The main problematic issues related to determining the place of Union acts in the national legal system of the Republic of Belarus and their relationship with the requirements of Article 116 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus were discussed. Parallels were made with the experience of other integration entities. Proposals for improving the existing mechanisms were formulated.
