Станаўленне і развіццё сістэмы медыцынскай дапамогі інвалідам і ўдзельнікам Вялікай Айчыннай вайны (1943 – 1956 гг.)

Abstract

У артыкуле разглядаецца станаўленне і развіццё сістэмы медыцынскай дапамогі інвалідам і ўдзельнікам Вялікай Айчыннай вайны ў БССР у першыя пасляваенныя гады. На аснове архіўных дакументаў аўтар прыходзіць да высновы, што за перыяд з 1943 па 1956 гг. у БССР былі закладзены асновы сістэмы медыцынскага забеспячэння інвалідаў Вялікай Айчыннай вайны, якая ўключала ў сябе меры па аднаўленні і стварэнні агульных і спецыяльных медыцынскіх устаноў, забеспячэнню іх неабходным абсталяваннем і медыкаментамі. Ішла грунтоўная распрацоўка праблем, звязаных з пратэзаваннем і рэабілітацыяй інвалідаў Вялікай Айчыннай вайны.= The importance of the social sphere in modern Belarusian society and the attention of the state to the problems of improving the health care system determines the relevance of the study of the formation and development of the system of medical care for the disabled and participants of the great Patriotic war. The aim of the work is to trace the formation and development of the system of medical care for the disabled and participants of the Great Patriotic war in the BSSR in the first postwar years. The Soviet authorities took measures to provide the disabled of the Great Patriotic war with medical care. The account of those who needed treatment and medical checkup was carried out. The formation of a system of prosthetics and provision of disabled veterans with special means of transportation began. Health resort treatment was presented, privileges on medical care and other health services were intended.
