Формирование лидерских качеств подростков в условиях детского оздоровительного лагеря

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема изучения лидерских качеств и особенности их формирования у подростков в условиях детского оздоровительного лагеря. Проанализированы типы лидеров, типология лидерства, лидерские роли в социальной психологии. Раскрыты сущность понятий «лидер», «лидерство», предпосылки формирования и характерные черты лидерства в подростковом возрасте. Представлена реализация проекта по формированию лидерских качеств подростков «Школа лидера» (разработан и апробирован автором на базе детского оздоровительного лагеря «Купалинка», Гродно) в ходе основных его этапов: диагностико-мотивирующего, обучающе-деятельностного и рефлексивного. Определена роль проектной деятельности в формировании лидерских качеств подростков в условиях детского оздоровительного лагеря.= The article is devoted to the problem of studying leadership qualities and the peculiarities of their formation in adolescents in a children's health camp. The introduction reflects the relevance of the topic, due to the need to study leadership potential and develop new ways of organizing educational activities with adolescent children. The main part of the article analyzes and presents the types of leaders, the typology of leadership, leadership roles in social psychology. The essence of the notions “leader”, “leadership”, prerequisites of formation and characteristic features of leadership in adolescence are revealed. The author has developed and tested a project on the formation of leadership qualities of adolescents “School of the Leader” on the basis of the Kupalink children's recreation camp in Grodno camp. The article presents the implementation of the project during its main stages: diagnostics-motivating, training-activity and reflexive. As a result of the organization of the project, the conditions for successful formation of leadership qualities of adolescents in a children's recreation camp have been developed. The conclusion presents conclusions about the significance of project activities for the formation of leadership qualities of adolescents in a children's health camp.
